Mrs Amy Chan

Chairman

Mrs Chan is Founder cum Chairman of the Charitable Foundation of Love. She is also Chairman of the Child Development Matching Fund ( CDMF ), and a director of the Quality Mentorship Network, and the Hong Kong Stroke Fund. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Hospital Management of the Tsinghua University in Shenzhen. Mrs Chan served in multinational corporations in the promotion of professional businesses. She joined the Hospital Authority since its inception and was Chief of Public Affairs and headed its China Office. She established the HA Health InfoWorld, the first territory-wide health education centre to engage the community as partners in health. To recognize her achievement in the mental health education program in early psychosis, she was presented the world class community education award - the Gold Quill Award by the International Business Communication Association in 2001. In 2009, Mrs Chan was awarded the HKSAR Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service. Mrs Chan is a veteran Rotarian. She was President of the Rotary Club of Queensway in 2000, and helped found the Rotary District Hepatitas B Vaccination Program for newborns in rural China. This program provided free Hep B vaccination to one Million newborns between 2000-2009. Since 2009, she devotes herself full time in charity and community services. In healthcare and education, she serves the needy through the Charitable Foundation of Love. During 2009-2014, she was Hon Executive Director of the Care for the Children's Fund and contributed to the rehabilitation for thousands of wounded in the Wenchuan quake areas, and rebuilt preschool education in the City of Jiang Yao to benefit over 2,000 children and their families. In 2010-2012, she was appointed Hon Consultant to the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuous Education, School of Life Science and Technology. Since 2010, she orchestrated the territory-wide mega event – the CDMF Carol Singing Festival to raise funds to target match the personal savings of thousands of deprived youths in the HKSAR youth poverty alleviation Child Development Fund ( CDF ). This Festival has been held consecutively for nine years. She founded the Child Development Initiative Alliance ( CDIA ) in 2013 to further support the HKSAR CDF through networking resources of the business sectors to help deprived youths come out of poverty and to empower them to become job-ready and college-ready.

Ms Mandy Tang

Vice Chairman

Ms Mandy Tang is the Director of Mirabell International Holdings Limited under Belle International in which she is the former vice general manager (Hong Kong – Macau District). She has extensive experience in management and footwear retail industry, leading her team to a continuous growth and development. She is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and Honorary Fellow of The Professional Validation Centre of Hong Kong Business Sector. Ms Tang is the President of The Federation of Hong Kong Footwear Ltd, an honorary consultant of Employees Retraining Board and a member of Import & Export Industry Training Advisory Committee of Qualifications Framework, Education Bureau, HKSAR. She provides professional advice to help improve the industry and public institutions. Meanwhile, she takes important role in business sector. She is honorary president and vice president of The Unified Association of Kowloon West Limited, the executive director and honorary president of Federation of Hong Kong Foshan Associations, the director of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong. She also actively participates in charity and community events, contributing her best to the needy of the society. She is also the 2nd Vice-Chairman (2022-2023) and the Director (2012-2017, 2018-2019) of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. She joined Children Development Initiative Alliance since 2014 and is a committee member of Carol Singing Festival Organizing Committee and the Councillor of Children Development Matching Fund. She devotes her time and effort to support the deprived youths. She is a member of Foshan District Committee, and a Hong Kong-Macau special guest of Guangzhou Yuexiu District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Ms Judith Yu

Vice Chairman

Ms Judith Yu, CEO and Executive Director of HKI China Land Limited. She leads a team to specialize in real estate development business in mainland China and operate multiple projects in Beijing, Chongqing, Qingdao, Xian cities. Before joining HKI China Land, Ms. Yu worked as audit manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Ms Yu is a member of the thirteenth Beijing Municipal Standing Committee of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, executive vice president of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs and vice president of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association. She is also the director of Beijing Charity Association, Child Development Matching Fund(CDMF), Quality Mentorship Network(QMN). And she is executive vice chairman of Kowloon East Residents' Association.

Mr Mason Wu

Director cum Executive Committee Chairman;Hon Treasurer

Mr Mason Wu is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, where he completed a Bachelor and Master Degree of Commerce. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). After more than five years working at the Big Four accounting firm, Mason moved to the credit risk department of a major bank. In 2005, he joined the management team of Wing Lung Bank - which was founded and majority owned by his family, and is currently a partner & director of a fund house in Hong Kong.

Ms Julita Chan

Director

Ms Julita Chan has worked in Hong Kong’s tertiary sector for over 20 years and she has a broad range of experience in university education, ranging from student development and activities, internships and exchanges, to overall macro academic and strategic planning. She is a director of the Chan Dang Social Services Foundation, a charitable foundation set up in 1997 to support the disadvantaged and underprivileged in society. To pursue its philanthropic mission, the Foundation provides funding to and works in partnership with NGO’s in Hong Kong in the development and implementation of social services projects and initiatives, especially those related to the needs of children and the aged in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Mr Eugene Fong

Director

Mr Eugene Fong is the Director and Deputy General Manager of Junefair Group which specializes in provision of buildings' electrical services and wholesale of electrical cables in Hong Kong and Macau. He is currently the Vice President of the Hong Kong Electrical Contractors Association. Eugene has been a member of Rotary Club of Kowloon West since 2001. He served as Club President in 2007-08, later as District Governor of Rotary International District Governor in 2013-14, responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia and Guangdong province of PRC. Being dedicated towards youth service, Eugene is the Executive Deputy Supervisor of Wofoo Leaders’ Network, Member of UNESCO Hong Kong’s Development Committee, Honorary Consultant of Y Elites Association etc. He has been active in various sectors of the community, including being a deacon of Whampoa Tsung Tsin Church, member of the YTM District Fight Crime Committee etc. Eugene obtained a Master of Commerce (Finance), Bachelor of Economics (Honours), Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, Australia. He has been a member of CPA Australia and is a fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Ms Beatrice Mok

Director

Ms Beatrice Mok has successfully built a property investment company and a property management company in Hong Kong. Since 2012, she has dedicated her heart to founding and chairing the Community Partner Foundation in loving memory of her late husband, Mr. Danny D B Ho. Through the foundation, Ms Mok compassionately supports initiatives which extend care to, and lift the spirits of those facing life’s difficult challenges. She is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Hong Kong, Hon. Chairman of the HKU Foundation, a member of the HKU Court, and a founding member of the SME Alliance of the HK Council of Social Service. Besides sponsoring over 50 projects to the charitable organizations in last few years, she has been initiating various community and environmental protection programs and holding various volunteering and environmental protection activities in her partnership group of companies. She is very closely associated with the agencies which include University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, St. Paul’s Co-educational College, Diocesan Boy’s School, Suicide Prevention Services, Breakthrough, St. James’ Settlement, Neighbourhood Active-Action Council (NAAC), Child Development Matching Fund (CDMF), Green Monday, Foodlink Foundation, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui church schools, Friends of Dunhaung (HK), World Wide Fund HK (WWF), Fair Trade HK & World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF), etc.

Mr Adrian Pan

Director

Adrian Pang is Managing Director of ORIX Asia Limited (A restricted License Bank in Hong Kong); ORIX Finance Services Hong Kong Limited and ORIX Asia Insurance Services Limited. He is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of all three operations with full P&L responsibilities. Adrian joins ORIX in November 2019 with a mission to improve all existing operations and be an active player in the Hong Kong financial market. Prior to joining ORIX, Adrian was the chief executive officer of The Alta Group Asia-Pacific Region (Alta AP), responsible for overseeing the Asia-Pacific market, based in Hong Kong. Countries include Japan, Korea, Greater China, ASEAN countries and Australasia. Previously, Adrian was managing director of CIT Asia-Pacific, where he rebuilt the team and turned around their vendor finance business unit. Previously, he was managing director of Goindustry Dovebid, a global asset disposal and asset management company focusing on Fortune 500 accounts. At Goindustry Dovebid, he successfully integrated many legal entities and operations after Goindustry acquired Dovebid in Asia. During this time, one of his target areas was effectively combining sophisticated asset valuation and online asset disposal system. Earlier in his career, Adrian was managing director of Sun Microsystems Finance APAC, where he built a multi-funders model enabling Sun Microsystems salespersons to utilize creative payment solution as an important tool, even in some developing countries. He also was senior vice president for GE Capital’s vendor financial services group APAC, and was the director of IT financing for AT&T Capital located in Singapore and Hong Kong. On personal development, Adrian has been very active in helping the underprivileged youth in HK and other parts of Asia. He was the President of Rotary Club of Hong Kong South RCHKS. Currently, he is the Director of Youth Services, RCHKS; Board of Directors and Hon. Treasurer of Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club Charity Foundation and Board of directors of CDIA.

Mr Andy Wong

Director

Mr Andy Wong is a veteran in the Tourism Industry over 30 years. He established A & A Travel Limited since 1994. He is a Member of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce SME Committee since 2013. Andy also holds membership in The Society of IATA Passenger Agents Ltd, and Ticketing Committee member of Travel Industry Council. Andy is an active member of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island East since 2002 and has been involving himself in a wide range of community services.

Mr Ken Yeung

Mr Ken Yeung is a well-known entrepreneur, the Chief Executive Officer of Silicone Zone International Limited, a company which is specialized in manufacturing and marketing consumer household & stationary products. He is an expert in marketing research in Hong Kong and overseas. Mr Yeung has a creative mind and blends creative elements into his design and products. In 2008 and 2013, he was awarded the annual iF Product Design Award conferred by the iF International Forum Design. He has co-organized various design competitions with local education institutes to promote awareness and cultivate interest of youths in this area.
